What is your refund policy?

We offer no-questions-asked cancellation policy. Thats right! You can cancel anytime, we don’t sign you into lengthy contracts. Its not fair to make you pay for something you don’t use.

Why do you limit my storage?

JNP offer many different hosting packages, if you are running out of room just contact us and we can arrange a cost effective solution. We only have so much hardware so we can’t give it all away!

Can I upgrade after signing up?

Yes, you can upgrade at any time after signing up. Just contact us and we can upgrade your account.

Can I pick and choose?

Yes! The options on our website are not the only ones we offer. We can create a custom solution to you. Contact us with your needs and we can give you a “Bespoke” price.
